Discussion and Possible Action: Proposed Amendments to the Flathead County Water District No. 101 Bylaws (2026 Restated Version)
The Board has proposed changes from the 2016 Bylaws. Copies of the proposed bylaws can be found on the website at FCWD101.com or attached to this email. The next meeting is Tuesday April 7, 2026 at 7pm at the Badrock Firehall.
We encourage all district customers to attend and learn about your water district. The District has undergone major changes in the last 5-10 years and we are preparing for our future. We are looking for people to serve on committees or on the Board. We would love to hear your comments, explaining the changes that are happening or have happened and what's next. As always our goal is to provide good quality waters for all!
